Updated Dates for 2023:
Late July (~7/28): Traditional Cornish breed that you typically find in the grocery store. These birds spend about 4-5 weeks on pasture and also are fed Non-GMO feed. [We have limited stock left in the freezer, email, call or text to check!] $5/lb whole, $6.50/lb pieced
Mid Sept (~9/14): - Red Ranger breed which has more dark meat and less breast meat than the traditional Cornish. Has spent a minimum of 8 weeks on pasture. All feed is Non-GMO. $6.25/lb whole, $7.75/lb pieced [SOLD OUT]
Late Sept(~9/27): Traditional Cornish breed that you typically find in the grocery store. These birds spend about 4-5 weeks on pasture and also are fed Non-GMO feed. $5/lb whole, $6.50/lb pieced [As of 9/15, we have around 20 birds not yet reserved]
We ask that if you would like fresh chicken, that you come to pick up the day we have them back from the butcher because we have limited refrigeration space (we may be able to work out local delivery as well). After these dates we will have frozen chicken available for purchase.
